ABOUT THE AUTHOR

E. Vance Wilson is an assistant professor of management information systems at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He researches organizational aspects of human-computer interaction, with special interests in computer-mediated communication, decisional guidance, and supporting software engineering teams.

James R. Connolly is an associate professor of information systems at the California State University in Chico. His research interests are in the area of systems analysis and design, including cognitive processes of system development groups, as well as in supporting enterprise research planning systems and scalability issues.
